Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and coordinate workers in maintaining and repairing electrical, plumbing, ventilation, and outlet requirements to ensure safe continuity of operations.
  • •Manage breakdowns and corrective actions, and adhere to defined safety and quality standards.
  • •Coordinate planned preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment performs as required and execute maintenance for outlets equipment to support zero downtime.
  • •Inspect machinery regularly for safety issues (e.g., ground/trip hazards, non-functioning lights, broken pieces, exposed wiring) and implement safety systems and safe work practices.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and organized, well-stocked tool/supply/parts inventories; train and develop team members and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures and policies.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience, with 2 years in GCC as a plus.
  • •Knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance.
  • •Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues and implement effective, prompt solutions.
  • •Capacity to lead and supervise maintenance teams, delegate tasks, and ensure safe, accurate, on-time work.
  • •ERP skills, preferably SAP functional knowledge, to support maintenance execution and success in the role.
