Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and iterate on full stack features using Node.js and JavaScript across the entire product
  • •Use AI-assisted coding tools effectively — prompting, reviewing, and refining AI-generated output rather than relying solely on manual coding
  • •Translate product requirements and logistics workflows into well-structured, maintainable solutions
  • •Work closely with cross-functional teams to ship features that align with real operational needs
  • •Support QA, documentation, and deployment as part of a collaborative development cycle
  • •Proactively surface technical risks and contribute to product improvement discussions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 2,500 - 7,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Solid full stack experience in Node.js and JavaScript (front and back end)
  • •Industry experience in logistics or trucking software is non-negotiable
  • •Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (Claude preferred) to generate, prompt, and refine code
  • •SaaS product background with an understanding of product lifecycle and user-facing development
  • •Deep product comprehension — able to understand the "why" behind features, not just the technical execution
  • •Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar)
