Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the regional Talent Acquisition team through coaching, performance management, and capability development.
  • •Own end-to-end recruitment up to Director level across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines; support key hiring in Australia.
  • •Run confidential searches and build proactive talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles across the region.
  • •Design and manage NextGen and early-career programs (including Sephora ASPIRE Internship Program) and support LVMH SPRING Graduate Trainee Program.
  • •Shape employer branding and deliver regional/global TA projects, including process frameworks and SkillScan, to improve candidate and new-hire experiences.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree with 7–10 years of relevant experience, including leadership of a regional talent acquisition function.
  • •Strong recruitment background across agency and in-house environments, ideally with international exposure; retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or digital/technology experience is desirable.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading confidential/executive searches and building senior-level talent pipelines.
  • •Experience designing or managing early-career, campus, or NextGen programs and employer branding initiatives.
  • •People leadership ability to coach, develop, and motivate a recruitment team, plus strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
