Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the development and commercialization process for assigned products with Tier 1 factory and technical teams.
  • •Ensure technical transition from design to samples and production, meeting manufacturability, material standards, timelines, and cost-to-target.
  • •Continuously upgrade development/engineering technical applications and processes, implementing new technology.
  • •Supervise development between HQ/Creation Center and Tier 1 factories with Create to Value and product integrity as priorities.
  • •Ensure sourcing operations and practices comply with adidas Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, adidas standards, and legal requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in engineering or related areas.
  • •5+ years of relevant business experience.
  • •Experience in pattern engineering, product creation, mold making, grading, and materials processing.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing processes, product testing/evaluation, and material types.
  • •Ability to read shell patterns and 2D/3D blueprints plus BOM/CBD/FCT documents.
