Drive product development and commercialization for assigned apparel categories within Global Sourcing, partnering with Tier 1 factories and technical teams. Supervise development between HQ/Creation Center and factories, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure Responsible Sourcing compliance while role-modeling DEI leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the development and commercialization process for assigned products with Tier 1 factory and technical teams.
•Ensure technical transition from design to samples and production, meeting manufacturability, material standards, timelines, and cost-to-target.
•Continuously upgrade development/engineering technical applications and processes, implementing new technology.
•Supervise development between HQ/Creation Center and Tier 1 factories with Create to Value and product integrity as priorities.
•Ensure sourcing operations and practices comply with adidas Responsible Sourcing & Purchasing Policy, adidas standards, and legal requirements.

Key Requirements

•University degree in engineering or related areas.
•5+ years of relevant business experience.
•Experience in pattern engineering, product creation, mold making, grading, and materials processing.
•Knowledge of manufacturing processes, product testing/evaluation, and material types.
•Ability to read shell patterns and 2D/3D blueprints plus BOM/CBD/FCT documents.
