Embed with Fixed Income teams in New York to identify high-value generative AI opportunities, translate business workflows into technical designs, and build production-grade AI solutions. Partner with traders, sales, research, operations, risk, compliance, and control teams to develop retrieval-augmented applications, evaluation frameworks, and secure, governed deployments that move prototypes into controlled production adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Embed with bank Fixed Income teams in New York to understand workflows, pain points, data availability, and AI opportunities.
•Partner with traders, sales, research, operations, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
•Design, prototype, and build generative AI applications using Python and agentic/LLM frameworks, prompt engineering, and orchestration with retrieval-augmented generation.
•Build retrieval pipelines across structured and unstructured data and develop AI solutions for tasks like knowledge retrieval, workflow automation, and document analysis.
•Design evaluation frameworks and work with technology/control teams to meet enterprise security, data privacy, auditability, access control, and model governance standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
•Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern software engineering practices.
•Practical experience building generative AI applications using Python and OpenAI or Claude Agent SDK/agentic frameworks (LLM APIs).
•Strong understanding of prompt engineering (design, testing, grounding, context management, and output validation).
•Experience building AI/data-driven applications using APIs, databases, cloud services, and enterprise data sources.
