Senior Director, Global Program Team Leader

Lead global program planning and strategic direction for late-stage drug development across one (or two early) assets with multiple indications. Serve as accountable program(s) owner, chairing the Global Project Team and setting overall asset and regulatory/CMC strategy. Build integrated development plans, ensure delivery against milestones, manage core team goals, and provide “one voice” alignment to R&D leadership and steering committees.
