Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage visual merchandising presentation through VM programs, guidelines, store visits, and reporting to improve execution standards.
  • •Execute VM planning and in-store launches, including visual display presentation and store zoning for storytelling.
  • •Create and support branding execution using graphics and props (e.g., window displays, posters, POPs) and provide graphic design support.
  • •Track and control VM budget and expenses; plan store merchandise display capacity and assess effectiveness.
  • •Coordinate with departments for seasonal campaigns and projects; train and guide Visual Merchandising Specialists (VMS) in-store.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or relevant study.
  • •At least 6 years of relevant visual merchandising experience, preferably in sports, fashion, footwear, or apparel.
  • •Familiarity with Print Sesign and proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • •Strong English skills and ability to work with local languages.
  • •Experience managing VM programs, guidelines, store zoning, reporting, and budgets.
