Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary point of contact for strategic Enterprise Aviation accounts, owning onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth of revenue.
  • •Build relationships with executive stakeholders to identify requirements, manage expectations, and drive revenue realization.
  • •Collect, communicate, and champion customer feedback internally to influence programmatic and technical development.
  • •Deliver efficient customer service, including acknowledgement and resolution of issues, and retain/grow account value across hardware and service revenue.
  • •Act as an owner of assigned accounts to realize forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule; lead process and system enhancements to improve handoffs and execution across cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or a high school diploma/equivalency certificate with 8+ years of professional business development, program management, sales, or account management experience.
  • •7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • •Ability to interact with all levels within airline management on technical and account management issues.
  • •Significant knowledge or experience in commercial and/or business aviation, satellite communications, and program or account management.
  • •Experience working with the FAA, EASA, or other aerospace regulatory bodies.
