Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain structured listening across key AECO customer, Support, field, Product, sentiment, and data signals to identify and prioritize systemic pain early.
  • •Develop AECO customer workflow and business context (with initial Construction focus) to investigate issues across a broad, evolving portfolio.
  • •Engage customers and internal partners to validate issues and deepen understanding using structured and informal listening mechanisms.
  • •Synthesize qualitative and quantitative evidence into a case for action (problem, scale, impact, strategic relevance, unknowns, and next steps).
  • •Drive complex cross-functional issues toward closure and measure impact on reduced customer pain and improved productivity, sentiment, or technical readiness.
