Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze construction drawings, technical specifications and scope of works on site, comparing project against standards.
  • •Develop construction schedule and cost estimates to input in WBS and project reviews; support value engineering.
  • •Contribute to risk analysis and update project risks matrix; participate in design reviews.
  • •Plan and supervise installation of process, electrical and mechanical equipment; oversee commissioning planning and execution.
  • •Prepare, issue and present reports; attend weekly project meetings and coordinate with client operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Ten years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Project Manager coordinating MEP design and construction on Industrial / Manufacturing / Data Center projects.
  • •Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering
  • •Experience with Electric, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Automation Systems
  • •Commissioning experience is required
  • •PMI certification is a plus
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish to lead project team meetings, issue written communications, minutes and reports, lead client meetings
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
  • •Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM
