Build trusting relationships with customers through in-person, appointment, and virtual conversations while applying a digital-first mindset. Assess banking needs, gather and process customer/account information, educate clients on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions aligned to individual goals. Deliver an optimal client experience by handling basic transactions, opening accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. Partner with branch teams and proactively guide customers to digital self-service options.
