Job Summary

Act as the first point of contact for VF wholesale accounts, managing the full account lifecycle from order entry to final delivery. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the first point of contact for wholesale accounts and support operational activities for the team.
•Manage wholesale accounts across several EMEA markets, communicating with retailers, distributors, and sales teams in their native language by phone and email.
•Track the lifecycle of accounts from order entry through final delivery, including end-to-end order-to-shipment coordination.
•Ensure timely orderbook conversion, using automated flows or manual releases, and flag risks or opportunities in the current month.
•Interpret daily reports as needed and liaise with the distribution center to ensure timely shipping.
