Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage wholesale accounts across several EMEA markets, communicating with retailers, distributors, and sales teams in their native language by phone and email.
  • •Track the lifecycle of accounts from order entry through final delivery, including end-to-end order-to-shipment coordination.
  • •Ensure timely orderbook conversion, using automated flows or manual releases, and flag risks or opportunities in the current month.
  • •Interpret daily reports as needed and liaise with the distribution center to ensure timely shipping.
