Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and manage FIDIC contract administration for projects, ensuring compliance with contract terms
  • •Lead claims preparation, negotiation and resolution processes to protect client interests
  • •Drive change management processes across projects to address contractual implications
  • •Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, contractors and stakeholders
  • •Provide timely guidance on site-related construction issues and work with stakeholders to close issues

Key Requirements

  • •B.E. Electrical/Mechanical/Civil; NICMAR / equivalent would be an added advantage
  • •Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts (preferably Yellow, Red books) and their practical application
  • •Proven experience in claims preparation, negotiation, and resolution
  • •Ability to drive Change management processes and manage site-related construction issues
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle complex correspondence and advise clients
