Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the day-to-day running of the studio by working with photographers, stylists, production, and stock teams.
  • •Coordinate daily movement of products across styling, photography, and copy sets.
  • •Organize and prepare products before and after shoots across tabletop and model sets.
  • •Assist with sample call-ins, product returns, and stock movements while helping resolve product-related issues.
  • •Communicate with model agencies, coordinate bookings, monitor shoot schedules, conduct site walks, and perform image QC and uploads to internal platforms.
