Materials Manager

Own the end-to-end materials and warehouse optimization roadmap, setting performance metrics and driving continuous improvement to improve inventory accuracy and reduce stockouts and overstock. Lead material management across FIFO, cycle/physical counting, scrap and obsolescence, and audits while collaborating with procurement, production, engineering, logistics, and quality. Build strong SOPs and oversee ERP/WMS implementation or optimization, and develop a high-performing logistics and warehouse team.
