Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and execute a strategic roadmap to optimize warehouse and inventory operations.
  • •Implement end-to-end material management (FIFO, variances, cycle time, scrap/obsolescence, counts, and audits) to improve inventory accuracy.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, engineering, logistics, and quality to support demand forecasting and delivery of materials.
  • •Develop and implement robust SOPs to improve operational efficiency and consistency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in material management, inventory control, or supply chain management in a manufacturing environment.
  • •2+ years of experience managing a lead of supervisors, associates, or operators.
  • •Develop and implement SOPs and drive operational efficiency, consistency, and continuous process improvement.
  • •Hands-on experience in warehouse operations with strong process and equipment troubleshooting skills.
