Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the vehicle platform end-to-end, including networking, time synchronization, sensor selection/drivers, middleware integration, embedded software, drive-by-wire, and low-level controls actuation.
  • •Architect and deliver full-system platform capabilities across hardware and software from 0→1 prototypes through reliable production systems deployed on heavy machinery.
  • •Integrate cross-functional internal team work into cohesive, product-ready platforms adapted to customer machines and use cases.
  • •Interact directly with customers to identify target use cases, define platform requirements, and drive integrations through successful field deployment.
  • •Lead and coordinate a team of engineers: set technical direction, prioritize workstreams, manage cross-functional dependencies, and develop test/validation infrastructure for end-to-end and on-vehicle verification.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in robotics, systems integration, or platform software development with demonstrated technical leadership or tech lead experience.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related area.
  • •Hands-on experience across the robotics platform stack: sensors and drivers, networking and time synchronization, middleware (e.g., ROS 2, DDS or proprietary frameworks), and embedded systems.
  • •Strong C/C++ development experience on Linux, including debugging and testing complex real-time systems.
  • •Experience with vehicle actuation and low-level controls (e.g., drive-by-wire) and ability to coordinate priorities across engineers and cross-functional teams.
