Key Responsibilities

•Drive QA validation for DFR systems by ensuring reliability across drones, docks, and radar accessories.
•Author and execute test plans for active software builds, using diagnostic tools and logging hooks to isolate hardware/software bugs.
•Map and execute existing manual and automated test suites in Qase during early onboarding.
•Implement and run overarching QA validation strategies, including HIL/SIL automated test suites for next-generation systems.
•Establish automated pipelines that feed test results back to Qase and define formal testing gates for fleet rollouts.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
•8+ years of QA, test, or systems engineering experience on complex safety-critical mechatronic systems (e.g., robotics, autonomous vehicles, UAVs, or aerospace).
•Experience authoring detailed test cases, structuring test plans, and using test case management platforms such as Qase to track execution metrics.
•Technical understanding of serial communications (e.g., CAN, UART), computer vision, edge computing, and live data streaming.
•Strong proficiency in Python or Bash, plus mastery of Linux systems, log-level debugging, and CLI tools for diagnosing issues across sensors, embedded microcontrollers, and cloud backends.
