Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the accounts receivable process, including generating invoices, recording payments, maintaining customer account records, and following up on outstanding balances.
  • •Own the accounts payable process, including reviewing and processing vendor invoices, ensuring GL coding and approvals, and facilitating vendor payments.
  • •Process, collect, and track customer payments, including reconciliation for reimbursement processing and ensuring payment accuracy and completeness.
  • •Support period close by assisting with credit card and bank account reconciliations and resolving issues to keep financials clean.
  • •Partner with Operations and Customer Success by preparing and sharing financial information and contributing to ad-hoc financial analysis.
