Job Summary

Senior Associate on the Epic EHR team delivering data-driven solutions to optimize EpicCare Inpatient systems, aligning capabilities with operations to improve hospital workflows and patient outcomes. You’ll collaborate with healthcare, technical and project management consultants to drive seamless integration, data migration and system performance, mentor teammates, and foster client relationships in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with a team of healthcare, technical and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration, data migration and system performance of Epic systems
•Leverage technical expertise in EpicCare inpatient modules providing support to optimize the systems functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations
•Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements
•Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction
•Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide transformation

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent work experience, advanced degree is highly desirable
•Current EpicCare Certification, with extensive knowledge of its products and solutions
•Additional certifications a significant plus (OpTime, Willow, ASAP, Ambulatory, etc)
•Deep Clinical Case Management experience to support workflow optimizations to see revenue improvement
•Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required
