Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate contracted facility services and manage building systems including BMS, HVAC, ventilation (AHU/UTA), and general maintenance.
  • •Oversee planned and ad hoc maintenance for UPS systems, electrical panels, and building plumbing to ensure operational continuity.
  • •Establish and lead a 24/7 emergency response protocol covering uptime for critical systems such as UPS, server room cooling, and security systems.
  • •Manage 24/7 security protocols including multi-zone access control and integrated CCTV monitoring with the security vendor.
  • •Ensure statutory compliance (e.g., OCA, fire safety, Legionella, elevator safety) and lead Health & Safety programs for office and 24/7 shifts.
