Foreperson

Lead and train a solar installation crew of three to six members, ensuring safety, quality, customer service, and productivity. Manage all aspects of the construction workflow for residential and small commercial projects, maintain project documentation, and handle worker issues with recommended solutions. Provide consistent customer relations throughout installation, deliver feedback to management, and perform service calls when needed; may act as supervisor/manager in their absence.
