Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive continuous product and process improvements across the supplier base by identifying supplier risk and systemic performance issues and driving solutions through root cause corrective actions, verifications, and statistical/analytical tools.
  • •Ensure flow down of product and process requirements to sub-tier suppliers through PO requirements, Quality Notes, and statements of work (SOW).
  • •Identify supply base risks and develop supplier engagement plans to mitigate risks.
  • •Communicate and interpret technical requirements as the liaison between the supply base and engineering for drawing changes and disposition of nonconformance.
  • •Implement and oversee root cause corrective action activities (including FRACAS investigations and Supplier Corrective Action Requests) and conduct/oversee on-site surveillance, source inspection, first article verification, and corrective action reviews.
