Key Requirements

  • •Experience providing onsite and remote desktop support for employees using IT assets and systems.
  • •Strong Windows 10 and macOS (installation, operation, and troubleshooting) experience.
  • •Hands-on imaging and deployment of Windows equipment using tools including SCCM and Intune.
  • •Working knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
  • •Experience with networking concepts and troubleshooting skills.
