Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead an analog IC design team (typically 3–5 designers) with end-to-end ownership from definition through release to manufacturing.
  • •Design, simulate, and verify analog and mixed-signal circuits, and evaluate results to meet targets for performance, power, area, and reliability.
  • •Provide design guidance, set schedules, monitor project progress, and propose new design architectures and techniques.
  • •Collaborate with physical design, design verification, validation, product engineering, and test teams to ensure successful execution through pre-PG and transfer to production.
  • •Partner with systems, applications, and marketing teams to develop product specifications, datasheets, and application notes; interface with customers/TI field teams to support requirements and resolve technical issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years experience, or a PhD in Electrical Engineering.
  • •Deep expertise in analog/mixed-signal circuit design, including transistor-level design, simulation, and optimization.
  • •Proficiency with industry-standard EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre/AFS, ADE (or equivalent).
  • •Strong understanding of CMOS device physics, process technology, and design for manufacturing (DFM).
  • •Experience with layout principles, matching techniques, parasitic extraction, post-layout verification, and reliability considerations (e.g., ESD, latch-up, electromigration).
