Key Responsibilities

•Diagnose equipment issues using prints, sketches, models, machine tool manufacturers’ instructions and diagrams, and repairs a wide variety of machinery.
•Perform maintenance on forklift trucks, lifting equipment, cranes, belts, drives, bearings, hydraulic components, and other listed equipment.
•Create jigs, fixtures, and special tools as needed for maintenance tasks.
•Move heavy machine parts to disassemble and assemble machine tools, ensuring proper alignment and safety.
•Maintain lubrication and general housekeeping, keep records, and adhere to safety rules during duties.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of related maintenance experience.
•4 years of apprenticeship in maintenance trade or equivalent.
•The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
