•Support root-cause analysis in line with downtime procedures and implement preventative solutions.
•Complete preventative maintenance work orders and follow escalation processes as needed.
•Assist mechanics on larger projects and breakdowns.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
•Minimum 1+ years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
•Demonstrated ability to operate a Packaging Line and related equipment (startup, clearing jams, manual operations, shutdown).
•Demonstrated ability to assist in changeovers, wash outs, and preventative maintenance.
•Demonstrated ability to perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments to maximize run time; ability to use electronic devices for data entry and reporting.
