Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot, service, and repair Miele household products at customers’ locations.
•Provide professional guidance on use, care, and maintenance of Miele products.
•Identify customer needs and actively support upselling of products, accessories, and service solutions.
•Deliver a first-class customer experience using a service-focused, solution-oriented approach.
•Plan and perform service visits independently with high quality and efficiency.

•Trained electrician, automation mechanic, or equivalent electrical/mechanical education or experience.
•Fluent Swedish (spoken and written).
•Good understanding of English to read manuals and participate in training/meetings.

•Driving license B and a clean extract from the criminal record; able to stay calm with good overview under stress.
