Key Responsibilities

  • •Create business development plans and drive growth and retention across the Health and Employee Benefits portfolio.
  • •Develop proposals and presentations, manage the renewal process, conduct market reviews and support program installations and wellness initiatives.
  • •Handle routine and complex coverage, renewal and claims adjudication queries.
  • •Lead pre-renewal and mid-term performance discussions and evaluations.
  • •Support clients through installations, claims processes and issue resolution; maintain knowledge of products and local legislation and ensure compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Risk Management or a related discipline.
  • •ACII, HIA, AHIP or an equivalent professional designation is essential.
  • •Solid broker experience leading a large group health and employee benefits portfolio with financial, professional services and legal sector clients and regular C‑suite interaction.
  • •Local/regional/US market product knowledge is highly desirable.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience analyzing and interpreting policy documentation; experience with Applied EPIC software.
