Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and run evaluations by setting accuracy targets, building the harness, and evidencing performance to target.
  • •Set and maintain governance, risk, and security guardrails, including human-in-the-loop review and post-release feedback loops.
  • •Define evidence and release gates for moving systems from prototype to production.
  • •Own regulatory and privacy position for the engagement, including client-specific obligations (e.g., APRA, MAS, data residency).
  • •Drive adoption through change approach, enablement, and tracking active usage after go-live; contribute reusable assets to the APAC library.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years across AI governance, model risk, security, responsible AI, or large-scale technology change and adoption.
  • •Hands-on experience evaluating generative or agentic systems (not policy-only).
  • •Working knowledge of the APAC regulatory environment relevant to the engagement’s market.
  • •Practical change and enablement capability for both technical audiences and frontline users.
  • •Ability to challenge sceptical stakeholders with evidence and make clear trade-offs when needed.
