Ensure accurate HMDA Home Mortgage Disclosure Act data by performing quality control reviews within the HMDA software system and entering missing or incorrect information. Identify, correct, and track HMDA errors, escalating potential non-compliance concerns. Partner with lending associates to complete required loan file documentation, maintain knowledge of HMDA and the Loan Application Register (LAR), and complete quarterly compliance training.
