Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute Customer Success strategy for the Eastern US region in line with divisional direction to drive retention, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • •Understand near- and long-term customer needs and proactively deliver solutions that create lasting value for customers and Edmentum.
  • •Build and inspire a high-performing team of field leaders through coaching, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • •Own regional performance metrics (renewal rates, account health, implementation fidelity, and risk) and present data-driven insights to executive leadership.
  • •Lead cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to deliver a cohesive customer experience from onboarding through renewal.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field, including at least 5 years leading teams or functional disciplines.
  • •15+ years of experience in EdTech or K-12 education with familiarity with the education technology space.
  • •A track record of developing high-performing field leaders and building organizational capability at the M4 level and above.
  • •Strong analytical skills and ability to translate customer data and performance insights into executive-level recommendations.
  • •Experience presenting strategy to senior stakeholders and managing complex external relationships.
