Make outbound confirmation calls to customers scheduled for next-day smart home installations, helping ensure successful fulfillment. Troubleshoot account details and address customer concerns while maintaining strong relationships and an upbeat, engaging communication style. Work onsite at the Provo headquarters and be available to work Sundays. Spanish-English bilingual skills and sales or retention experience are preferred.
