Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right product.
  • •Convert window shoppers to buyers and promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
  • •Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and ensure minimal stock loss while adhering to store SOPs and loss prevention policies.
  • •Manage merchandise presentation, stock organization, and adherence to visual guidelines; record inventory movements.
  • •Handle POS transactions, cash till reconciliation, and processing payments while ensuring security and accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have strong customer service skills with the ability to assist customers in selecting products and convert window shoppers to buyers.
  • •Proficient in operating the POS system, handling cash, processing payments, and issuing receipts/refunds accurately.
  • •Knowledge of store merchandising standards, stock levels, and visual presentation as per standard layouts.
  • •Up-to-date product knowledge across group brands and ability to suggestive sell.
  • •Flexible to work varied shifts and extended hours during sale periods.
