Lead the design, development, and delivery of Mortgage Servicing analytics and business intelligence solutions. Manage multi-disciplinary teams across the analytics lifecycle—from intake and prioritization through development, deployment, and execution. Partner with business and technology leaders to define data quality standards, SQL development, data modeling, governance, and drive adoption of AI/ML-driven insights that improve reporting accuracy, decision-making, and business performance.
