Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the single point of accountability for high-risk, high-value remittance payment investigations, ensuring end-to-end ownership until final resolution.
  • •Lead and prioritize time-critical investigations with potential regulatory, reputational, or financial impact and maintain visibility for central bank and senior management.
  • •Mentor and coach junior investigators; allocate workload, monitor productivity, and ensure timely case closure without compromising control standards.
  • •Perform quality checks for CPC processes, produce Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS and dashboards, and share feedback with processing teams.
  • •Drive process improvements by analyzing recurrent queries, improving inter/intra-group SLAs, and leveraging automation/digitalization to reduce manual handling and minimize customer impact.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate with at least 7–8 years of diversified experience in banking operations across a range of products and services.
  • •Good working knowledge of banking processes and systems.
  • •Awareness of Compliance/AML/Regulatory requirements.
  • •Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with effective decision-making and conflict handling.
  • •Conversant with in-house operating systems and able to handle investigation query messages per agreed metrics and SLA.
