Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop timely and accurate plans for finished products and ensure short-term (0–12 week) finished goods availability across markets for the assigned portfolio.
  • •Manage short-term exceptions by collaborating with teams and external vendors to identify root causes and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Create the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and coordinate CoE resources (buyers, planners, production schedulers, etc.) to deliver the plan.
  • •Interface with Operations to drive schedule adherence and monitor customer on-time service levels and inventory exceptions.
  • •Analyze KPIs and develop scenario plans to minimize demand at risk, maximize customer service levels, and keep within inventory and cost targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or an equivalent field.
  • •7+ years in supply chain (materials/inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, procurement, SIOP).
  • •Deep understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, SIOP, materials management, demand planning/forecasting, end-to-end planning, MPS, capacity analysis, and inventory management.
  • •Working knowledge of MRP and ability to audit/ensure ERP data is updated.
  • •Strong English communication skills; CPIM certification is a plus.
