Job Summary

Lead and motivate the team at The North Face outlet store in Batavia Stad, serving as a key brand ambassador on the shop floor. Support the Store and Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and profitability, coach associates to deliver premium customer service, and maintain brand visual merchandising standards.
