People & Culture Specialist - Experience & Performance (d/f/m) (Temporary Assignment – Parental Leave Replacement)

Partner with business leaders and employees to deliver People & Culture initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, compensation processes, workforce planning, and organizational change. Serve as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for complex HR topics, support key P&C operating cycles, and contribute to employee lifecycle movements. Collaborate with the works council, lead country-level engagement and D&I projects, and support M&A integration activities for an approximately 14-month parental leave replacement.
