Production Supervisor

Lead daily plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. Supervise operators, optimize resources, and execute manufacturing and maintenance plans aligned to preventive schedules. Drive continuous improvement, productivity initiatives, and enforce HSE standards and 5S practices across the plant. Monitor machine performance, quality, and compliance, oversee warehouse material flow and inventory accuracy, and prepare performance reports supporting operational and QHSE audits.
