Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and supervise plant operations to meet performance and production targets.
  • •Ensure implementation of approved policies, processes, and procedures, including budget planning, manpower allocation, and production scheduling.
  • •Drive continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
  • •Enforce HSE standards, training, and 5S practices across the plant.
  • •Monitor machine performance and quality, coordinate preventive maintenance, manage warehouse material flow and inventory accuracy, and prepare performance reports for operational and QHSE audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Operations Management or a relevant technical certification.
  • •2–4 years’ experience in production operations, preferably in cable manufacturing.
  • •Proficiency in SAP and standard software tools (preferred).
