Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Oxmoor Center

Drive profitability and efficiency in the store by executing inventory management, shipment/receiving workflows, and supply management. Investigate inventory accuracy issues and partner with the General/Store Manager to escalate gaps. Maintain visual standards on the sales floor, support product flow and replenishment, and collaborate with the Operations & Visual Management team on operational directives. Ensure safe, clean, and efficiently operating store conditions while supporting customer satisfaction.
