Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain Oracle work order release schedules and reschedule/complete no-charge discrete jobs as needed.
  • •Perform pre-shortage and work order variance analysis; conduct regular system maintenance and audits for accuracy.
  • •Review MRP execution to reconcile supply and demand, validate master scheduling/PDS requirements, and ensure proper ECO disposition.
  • •Coordinate inventory control activities including inventory planning, segmentation, lead-time accuracy, inventory transactions between locations, and cycle counts.
  • •Participate in floor audits with Finance, resolve WIP issues, attend production meetings, and provide status on material shortage commit dates.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience planning materials for production control, inventory control, process control, or shop floor control / MRP integrity.
  • •Ability to maintain and execute an Oracle work order release schedule to provide material on-time to manufacturing and engineering.
  • •Experience performing pre-shortage analysis and work order variance analysis to increase component availability.
  • •Knowledge of MRP execution, including reconciling supply and demand and validating master scheduling/PDS requirements.
