Job Summary

Own end-to-end execution of implementation projects for Advanced Laboratory Services customers, starting with site assessments and project initiation through planning, delivery, and closeout. Translate customer requirements into project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans; coordinate cross-functional and vendor stakeholders; track progress and report risks/issues to ensure service launches on schedule and within performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct site assessments to define project scope, deliverables, constraints, and success criteria aligned with the statement of work.
•Develop and manage project plans (timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables) and coordinate resources to maintain schedule and execution objectives.
•Own end-to-end implementation project execution, leading cross-functional coordination and resolving issues to ensure delivery and service launch.
•Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and constraints; escalate risks/delays and implement corrective actions as needed.
•Oversee inventory setup and laboratory implementation activities, validate deliverables (inventory accuracy, system setup), and complete structured project closeout activities.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent practical experience in laboratory operations, inventory management, or related disciplines.
•Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
•4+ years of experience in laboratory operations, inventory management, scientific services, supply chain, or project coordination.
•Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to travel frequently to customer sites.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint), and a valid driver’s license.
