Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of three SKU Operations Specialists responsible for end-to-end SKU lifecycle execution and related material/master data changes.
  • •Act as player/coach by handling complex, high-priority, or escalated SKU Operations requests while ensuring day-to-day delivery quality, speed, and consistency.
  • •Serve as operational leader and escalation point for Offering Managers, MDM, and cross-functional action owners to clarify requirements, resolve blockers, and drive timely completion.
  • •Manage team workload, priorities, SLAs, and operating cadences by monitoring open requests, aging, risks, and bottlenecks to meet committed timelines.
  • •Establish standard work and governance routines (templates, documentation, quality checks) and drive continuous improvement to simplify workflows and strengthen data quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •6+ years of experience in Product Operations, Master Data, Supply Chain/Operations, Offering/Portfolio Operations, or a related role.
  • •Prior people leadership experience supervising an operations, master data, supply chain, or portfolio management environment.
  • •Strong working knowledge of SKU lifecycle processes, ERP/master data concepts, governance workflows, and cross-functional execution dependencies.
  • •Experience coordinating complex cross-functional workflows and driving closure across multiple stakeholders, functions, and geographies.
