Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end supply forecasting and planning, including seasonal initiatives like winter planning.
  • •Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports used daily by the Operations team.

  • •Drive budget efficiency by improving performance without increasing courier pay/operations spend.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools (Looker or Tableau) to build dashboards used by others.
