Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the industrial P&L and costing framework, including standard cost calculation methodology and performance tracking processes.
  • •Monitor and challenge production and inventory performance by tracking costs, inventory levels, and variances and working with operations to close gaps.
  • •Run industrial management cycles, initiating and owning monthly closings, business reviews, forecasts, and budgets for the industrial scope.
  • •Contribute to Odoo implementation by partnering with Production and Supply Chain to ensure reliable inventory tracking and required outputs.
  • •Drive cost visibility and optimization across plants and other operating costs, including R&D and project cost optimization initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s preferred in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •5–8 years of cost or industrial controlling experience in manufacturing or complex production environments.
  • •Expert-level Excel and strong financial modeling skills, with hands-on ERP experience.
  • •Comfort with BOMs, standard costs, and variance analysis.
  • •Fluent in French and English, with a builder’s mindset and ability to partner with operations on the shop floor.
