Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform on-site vehicle condition inspections for dealer clients within an assigned territory and document findings according to Manheim standards.
  • •Verify vehicle identification details (including VINs, mileage, options) and accurately enter data into inspection systems.
  • •Inspect and document exterior and interior condition, identify damage or missing components, and conduct basic mechanical checks.
  • •Engage with dealer clients to build trust, educate on Manheim mobile inspection services, and adapt to daily appointment/schedule changes.
  • •Submit daily activity and production reports and collaborate with peers and Wholesale Specialists within a continuous improvement/Lean environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and ability to meet physical and mental demands within required timeframes.
  • •High School Diploma or GED (Level 2/ Senior require additional related experience as specified).
  • •Automotive knowledge (body and mechanical) and ability to perform basic through advanced vehicle inspections with accuracy.
  • •Experience documenting vehicle condition and maintaining standards for data/system entry (inspection systems).
  • •Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
