Key Responsibilities

  • •Cook/prepare assigned parts of the food production schedule as allocated by the Chef.
  • •Ensure ingredients are available, good quality, and used according to standard recipes to produce high-quality food.
  • •Follow food safety rules and regulations for safe production, storage, and handling.
  • •Keep the workstation clean according to cleaning schedules and report equipment breakdowns or failures.
  • •Work with the Chef on professional development, including attending required training sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •Secondary degree.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in a service environment, ideally sales or hospitality.
  • •Ability to speak, read, and understand English.
  • •Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols.
