Key Responsibilities

  • •Extract financial reports to produce monthly Flash Performance Reports for SBU/Sub-SBU stakeholders.
  • •Prepare monthly/quarterly Financial & Business Review packs for senior leadership within the Contracting division and Group Finance.
  • •Build annual budgets and a 3-year financial plan; collate quarterly forecasts and upload into SAP Analytics Cloud.
  • •Run monthly variance analysis by LOB and analyze overheads at GL level to highlight anomalies and unbudgeted spend.
  • •Support cash forecast meetings, manpower cost reporting, Group reporting requirements, and identify AI/automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional qualification in Finance or Accounting (e.g., CA, ACCA, CFA).
  • •3-5 years of experience in a similar FP&A/financial planning role, preferably in the Contracting industry.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • •Experience with ERP financial software such as SAP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is advantageous.
  • •Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented, with effective stakeholder communication and time-management.
