Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Integrated HSE Management System, ensuring compliance with Singapore HSE, environmental, fire safety, and energy regulations.
•Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, objectives, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives to promote Zero Harm.
•Conduct risk assessments, safe work procedure reviews, workplace inspections, safety audits, and contractor safety management; manage machine safety assessments.
•Lead investigations into workplace incidents, near misses, environmental events, and dangerous occurrences; perform root cause analysis and ensure closure of corrective/preventive actions.
•Manage ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISCC PLUS systems, drive sustainability initiatives, and support fire safety/emergency response, occupational health, and industrial hygiene programs.

Key Requirements

•10 to 15 years of HSE experience within a manufacturing environment.
•Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Workplace Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Building, or a related discipline.
•Strong knowledge of Singapore HSE legislation, environmental regulations, fire safety requirements, and energy management.
•Good understanding of ISO management systems, industrial hygiene, ESG reporting, climate change adaptation, and business continuity planning.
•Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO); Fire Safety Manager (FSM); Certified in Managing Hazardous Substances.
