•Act as a product expert, educating clients and agency partners on solutions, best practices, and new features to drive adoption and business growth.
•Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable, data-driven insights that improve outcomes and maximize ROI and efficiency.
•Manage and grow client relationships by delivering scaled solutions and supporting strategic product adoption.
•Conduct regular business reviews with a consultative approach, collaborating with Brand Partnership Managers to strengthen long-term partnerships.
•Lead campaign kickoffs, oversee timelines and asset delivery, identify optimization opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while troubleshooting client issues.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in client solutions, account management, or digital marketing/advertising.
•3+ years of experience in Beauty and Healthcare.
•3+ years of media planning expertise and advertising effectiveness/measurement.
•Experience managing hands-on campaigns across digital platforms and advertising tech products.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
